 Riyadh: The Saudi Passport Department has issued another important clarification regarding family visit visa.

According to Arab media reports, a citizen from the Passport and Immigration Department (Licensing) inquired how much more time would elapse after three days had elapsed since the application for family visit visa was renewed.

Licenses explained that if the application is not being processed automatically on the online platform Abshar or if there is any problem, use the 'Tawasil' service on the same app immediately, this service within seven days. Resolved the issue.

The Passport Department said that the issue is resolved within seven working days from the date of contacting the service, the user does not face any difficulties during this time.

Difficulties For Saudi Visa Holders:

It is to be noted that the Abshar portal explains the difficulty faced by the communication service in case of any difficulty or obstruction in the execution of any matter.

It should be noted that the purpose of Tawasil service is to provide the facility to the people at home which is obtained by visiting the licensing office. However, in some cases it is necessary to refer to the office.
