 Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said that a solution to the Afghan problem is not possible by force.

Talking to media in Multan, Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that he was in touch with senior Taliban leadership. The Afghan Foreign Minister has also been invited to visit Pakistan.

"We do not want civil war and instability in Afghanistan," he said. "Afghans are also consulting with other countries in the region to resolve the issue."

Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that useful discussions have been held with the US Secretary of State on the Afghan issue. Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that he had invited the Foreign Minister of Afghanistan to visit Pakistan and he was waiting for him. The effort is to unite all the forces of Afghanistan.

"We don't want to go back to the 1990s, we want peace and stability in Afghanistan," he said.
